This service is only available
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern
Monday thru Saturday.
The Base Fee is $60.00 USD per incident up to 30 minutes.
By ordering the $100.00 USD per incident up to one hour
saving you up to $20.00 per hour. Try not to order more than
you think you need. There are no refunds or time carry overs.
After you pay you will be provided a receipt number which you will need when you call.

We Will Call You To Start Your Repair
You may be billed long distance charges by your phone company.
At the end of the timed session, if the job is not complete,
the remote will terminate. Any software working at that time will continue until finished.
If more needs to be done, you will need to obtain a new ticket number if you wish to complete the service.
Can most jobs be done in an hour?
It depends on your operating system, your internet connection, the issue,
and how well you have maintained your computer.
